Roll out your outside mat and ground cloth and “space out” in the shade of live oak trees around the waterfront platform. We are in for a treat with Betsy sharing her delicious yoga posture sequencing in a 1 hour class. Engage your senses and allow the thoughtfully cued, fluid evolution of postures to integrate you to the core. Make it an immersive retreat. Refresh with a post yoga dip in the 30′ deep, 1 acre wide springfed pond. Care for your future self with picnic snacks you thoughtfully packed. Give Purr the kitty cat a head/neck rub when she strolls by.
Bring ground cloth, mat, towel to practice on (all three to be most comfortable).
Bring water bottle and picnic snacks, swim suit (wear it for yoga), bath towel.
Carry a mask with you and wear it if needed.
Farm facilities include two toilets on the far (south) side of the barn, and hand washing sinks.
Refill water at outside kitchen sink next to bathrooms.
Advance registrants receive a sampler bag of seasonal farm produce organically grown. We anticipate shishito peppers (roast whole in oven and eat whole), jalapeno and hotter peppers, cherry tomatoes, flowers. Additional veggies possibly for sale.
Visit the farm year round for your own day use. The farm retreat is available for personal/solo getaways and private rental as waterfront venue. We are open to partnering with instructors for day workshops and retreats during blueberry season and year round.
Take photos to share your gift with us for capturing the moment.
We ask that you share photos of the experience with us.
